I have never been to Max Brenner's Chocolate By The Bald Man. But that is sort of the point isn't it. Max's restaurants are in New York city and I live in Toronto yet he has still created the buzz and word of mouth for me to know about his business.

His business is built around one remarkable thing - chocolate. You can eat, drink and sleep chocolate there. And, it is not cheap. Max makes good money on his chocolate yet he is still lined up outside the door.

Do you think Max is worried about flyers or business card draws? I don't think so..I think Max is growing his business by leaps and bounds simply from being remarkable.

Oh..one other remarkable thing. There is no such person as Max Brenner. The name is actually made up from the names of the 2 owners.
